I’m assisting two of my mentors at a 3-day course called Smart Start, hosted by Pizza University in Beltsville, MD. The class will run three days March 9-11 and covers the basics of opening and maintaining a successful pizzeria. We’ll make both American and Neapolitan pizzas while discussing restaurant concepts, marketing, staffing, economics, ingredient selection, equipment use, and WAY MORE!
